The Humane Society of North Central Florida (HSNCF) is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping pets and the people who love them throughout North Central Florida. By bringing together resources, programs, and community partnerships, HSNCF works to give animals in need a second chance while helping families access the resources they need to care for their pets.

Our work extends far beyond adoption. Through foster care, affordable veterinary services, spay/neuter programs, pet food assistance, humane education, community outreach, and other support programs, HSNCF works to prevent pet homelessness, strengthen the human-animal bond, and create a more compassionate community for animals and people alike.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to saving lives, supporting responsible pet ownership, and ensuring that pets and their families have access to the knowledge, care, and resources they need to thrive.
