Legacy Giving
What will your legacy be?
One of the most powerful ways to support the Humane Society of North Central Florida for generations to come is through a gift in your will. This is a gift that costs nothing today, but ensures our services can continue for generations to come.
To make the process of creating your legacy easier than ever, HSNCF has partnered with FreeWill, an innovative, online tool that guides you through the process of writing your will in 20 minutes or less. You can use FreeWill to complete your will, or, if you have a more complicated estate plan, create a list of documented wishes to bring to an attorney.
Happy Tails
The Happy Tails program allows pet owners to guarantee the adoption of their pets if they are unable to care for them during injury, illness or after death. Any pet owner can enroll their pets in our Happy Tails program. After enrollment, if injury, illness or death were to occur and you are no longer able to care for your pet, HSNCF will take your furry companion in until a suitable, permanent home is found. Our unique adoption questionnaire allows you to describe in detail how your pet has been cared for, what their favorite toys are, what type of games or treats they like best or any other personal information you’d like a potential adopter to know. Due to facility limitations, HSNCF can only guarantee the acceptance of dogs and cats. Happy Tails ensures your pets’ needs are met and their future is bright!

Donate a Vehicle
The Development team at the Humane Society of North Central Florida is experienced at accepting the donation of cars, trucks, RVs, boats and other watercraft. Please contact us today if you are interested in donating a vehicle. You will need the following documents/information:
- Vehicle Title
- VIN
- A valid driver’s license or other state issued identification
- Your social security card
- Your mailing address

Donate Stock
Utilizing securities that have appreciated in value to fund charitable gifts is one of the most effective means of benefiting charity while obtaining considerable income tax advantages. All donations of appreciated stock made to the Humane Society of North Central Florida are processed through the Community Foundation of North Central Florida.
