Planned Giving – Life Insurance
Turn Your Policy Into a Lifesaving Legacy
You can name the Humane Society of North Central Florida as a primary or contingent beneficiary of your life insurance policy, helping save homeless pets while reducing your taxable estate.
Flexible and Impactful
- Beneficiary Designation: Name the Humane Society as a full, partial, or contingent beneficiary. This includes employer-sponsored life insurance policies.
- Policy Donation: Donate a policy you no longer need. Depending on the policy type, we may either hold it or use its current cash value to help pets in need.
How It Works
- Contact your insurance provider to request a beneficiary designation form.
- If you donate your policy, you may qualify for tax benefits, such as deductions for continued premium payments.
