  • Beneficiary Designation: Name the Humane Society as a full, partial, or contingent beneficiary. This includes employer-sponsored life insurance policies.
  • Policy Donation: Donate a policy you no longer need. Depending on the policy type, we may either hold it or use its current cash value to help pets in need.

    1. Contact your insurance provider to request a beneficiary designation form.
    2. If you donate your policy, you may qualify for tax benefits, such as deductions for continued premium payments.
