Animal Allies of Levy County Animal Services coordinates rescue and sponsorship of Levy County Animal Services pets.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) was the first humane society to be established in North America and is, today, one of the largest in the world. The ASPCA provides resources through education, training, and grant funding to animal groups nationwide.
From Banfield Pet Hospital’s start as a single hospital in 1955, its presence today with more than 1,000 hospitals across the country and Puerto Rico, they have been committed to giving back.
With the creation of their charitable arm, the Banfield Foundation in 2015, they have been able to further deepen and expand their responsibility to enhance the wellness of pets and communities across the country. With the support of generous associates, clients and pet owners, together we are making a better world for pets.
The mission of Best Friends Animal Society is to bring about a time when there are No More Homeless Pets. They do this by helping end the killing in America’s animal shelters through building community programs and partnerships all across the nation.

The mission of Fix Them All is to facilitate the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats to reduce the number of unwanted animals and minimize animal suffering. Fix Them All works in rural counties in North Central Florida to help people overcome barriers to sterilizing their pets by providing a low-cost spay/neuter voucher program, transportation when possible, and education to help pet owners understand why this is so critically important.
Florida Animal Friend is an organization that began in an effort to help end pet overpopulation. With help from charitable contributions, Florida Animal Friend (FAF) primarily works toward ending pet overpopulation through the sale of the FAF specialty license plate. Funds raised from the sale of these license plates are used to finance grants for spay and neuter programs across the state of Florida. You can help spread the word and end pet overpopulation by purchasing a Florida Animal Friend spay/neuter license plate for your car.

They turn your desire to make a difference into tangible, documented support for charities that help people, save pets, and improve the planet. The Humane Society of North Central Florida worked closely with GreaterGood to provide relief for homeless and owned pets following Hurricane Irma.
Hearts for Hometown Dogs coordinates rescue and sponsorships for animals at Taylor County Animal Control.

Lake City Humane Society, a private nonprofit organization, was formed in late 1964 to address animal welfare issues in Columbia County.
Levy County’s Public Intake Shelter
Maddie’s Fund® is a family foundation endowed by the founder of Workday® and PeopleSoft, Dave Duffield and his wife, Cheryl. Maddie’s Fund is helping to achieve and sustain a no-kill nation by providing solutions to the most challenging issues facing the animal welfare community through its grant giving, hands-on animal care, research and education. Maddie’s Fund is named after the family’s beloved Miniature Schnauzer who passed away in 1997.
Marion County’s Public Intake Shelter
Newberry Animal Hospital has been supporting the Humane Society of North Central Florida for over a decade as a critical partner providing veterinary services, funding and leadership on our Board of Directors. Newberry Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital and welcomes both emergency treatment cases as well as pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care.
Operation Catnip’s life-saving work improves the lives of cats and the communities in which they live by spaying, neutering, and vaccinating free-roaming cats, preventing the birth of kittens, mentoring other programs around the country, and training veterinarians to save America’s community cats.
Petco Love supports animal rescue organizations nationwide. They host adoption events at stores nationwide, and provide funding to rescue organizations.
The goal of PetSmart Charities is to find a lifelong, loving home for every pet. They host adoption events at stores nationwide, and support pet programs and spay/neuter effort.
Puppy Hill Farm Animal Rescue is a Maddie’s Alachua County Pet Rescue Partner. They are committed to rescuing pets from Alachua and Bradford Counties.
